Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Bay Area Retreat

The SAA Bay Area Retreat Committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 Out of the Fog retreat!  We are looking forward to another weekend of fellowship, connection, and recovery at Walker Creek Ranch in Marin County on the weekend of March 13-15, 2026!

Please share the links to the online registration with your meetings/fellows.  Additionally, there is a Flyer attached below that can be downloaded & printed for your meetings.
All who register will get information emails as we get closer to the retreat.

A few things of note:

We are excited to announce a new option for ½-Day Camper.  This includes lunch and a meeting.  This does not include lodging.  We endeavor to make the retreat as accessible to everyone who would like to attend.  Please make sure to include which lunch you would like to attend.  (Either Saturday or Sunday.)

As always, we offer a limited number of scholarships.  Scholarships are on a pay-what-you-can basis starting at $40.  Scholarships are made available through the generous donations of the fellowship.  We can only offer as many scholarships as donations allow.  Economy lodging and meals are included in scholarships.

If you would like to donate to the scholarship, there is also the option to do so in the registration page. We are fully self-supporting through our own contributions, and donations help ensure that as many members as possible can attend.

At the top of our new registration page, it automatically displays the highest price for semi-private lodging. Not to worry, there are several options to choose from while registering:

  • Economy (2 Nights FRI & SAT) – $338.28
  • Economy (1 Night FRI or SAT) – $169.14
  • Semi-Private (NO SCHOLARSHIPS, 2 Nights) – $440.59 [Limited quantity]
  • Camping (2 Nights FRI & SAT) – $275.98
  • Camping (1 Nights FRI or SAT) – $137.99
  • 1/2 Day Camper (1 Meal/1 SAA Meeting) – $49.99
  • Day Use (2 Days FRI & SAT) – $264.86
  • Day Use (1 Day FRI or SAT) – $132.43
  • Scholarship/Pay-What-You-Can (Economy full weekend) – $40+
  • Donate to Scholarships (Amount added later)
